This one of a kind 60-minute workshop draws on positive psychology, behavior change research, fitness, wellness, neuroscience, and coaching to explore what it means to actually take care of yourself in a meaningful, lasting way.
In this workshop you will:
Explore your own unique needs and how you're currently meeting them (or not)
Learn how to build sustainable systems for self care and wellness
Find strategies to build capacity and resilience while avoiding burnout
Roadmap your own self care reboot
